If you wish to return a product because it is damaged on arrival please notify us within 2 working days. Again please ensure that you know the product code and delivery note number to enable us to process the return. We will then arrange the collection of the damaged products at our cost.
Returning an Unwanted Product
Please advise us within 14 days if you wish to return any products that you have ordered. These must be in a resalable condition in their original unopened packaging.
Goods must be returned to us at our address on the delivery note at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Please remember to include a copy of your delivery note so we know where the return has come from. Once safely back at our warehouse we will refund back to the card originally used.

Due to health and safety reasons we’re unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee and water.
Returning Furniture Products
Furniture items returned if not faulty are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
IN ALL RETURN SCENARIOS – THE PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS NOT RETURNED WITH THE GOODS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR RE-SALE WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN FROM YOU.
