Orders over £40 ex VAT are delivered free. For areas classified as Highlands and Islands, our Extended Delivery is charged at £20.84 ex-vat regardless of order value.
For eligible orders under £40 Standard Delivery charged at £5.99 ex-vat per delivery. For areas classified as highlands and islands, our Extended Delivery is charged at £20.84 ex-vat regardless of order value.
Furniture items are only delivered to the door/curbside. Drivers are not able to take items inside the building or place in specific rooms, if installation is required please contact us before placing your order and this is an additional service charge.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery is normally a 2-4 working day delivery service, however this is subject to the occasional delay during peak time or when there is an issue with a delivery network. We typically use DPD, Fed-EX & UPS however we will use other delivery networks where applicable. This service is only available in England and Wales.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery 1-2 day delivery is subject to availability, delivery location and force majeure. Express delivery orders that are received by 5pm on a working day will be dispatched that day to our relevant fulfilment / delivery partner. This service is only available in England and Wales.
We are unable to guarantee Next Day delivery at the moment due to the pressure couriers are under at this current time. We would love to be able to offer it - but have removed this so we do not let you down.
