We ship our parcels with a number of different couriers. If your parcel has been sent via DPD, you will have access to all tracking information via your mobile phone (if a mobile number is provided on your order) and via the email sent to you when they have collected your parcel from us.
For any other deliveries you can ask us to track these for you by calling or email - we cannot always provide a time slot on deliveries as they may be on an all day delivery service however we will endeavour to give you as much information as possible.
