Whether we can cancel your order depends on when you placed the order and how much time has elapsed since.
All of our orders go through to be processed and shipped for delivery within a short space of time. Because of this, if you would like to cancel your order, you will need to contact us via telephone as soon after placing your order as possible.
If your order is still waiting to be processed, we should be able to cancel your order and refund the funds back to you.
If your order has been processed it may not be possible for us to cancel it. Instead, we can pass a message to the courier company and ask them to stop the delivery. If the parcel has not reached your local depot this should then get returned to us. If your parcel is already at or on route to your local depot it may not be possible for us to request a return on this. However in both instances we will also ask for you to refuse the delivery in the instance that the message is not received in time. This allows for the goods to be returned to our warehouse and once they are received back to us, we can then refund the funds to you.
If you have already received your items we are unable to cancel your order and you may be required to return the goods to us before a refund is processed. In this case, please contact us to find out what options are available to you.
