Deliveries will be attempted up to 3 times on consecutive days. If after 3 days delivery has still been unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled and refunded to you. This can take up to 10 working days. Before a refund has been processed it may be possible for us to resend the goods for an additional delivery fee.
All of our deliveries are made via couriers who require a signature to complete delivery however some may accept a written note on the door to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour- please note if this is the case we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
If you wish for your order to be delivered on a specific day, please notify us before you place your order to see if this is possible.
