Our confirmation emails are normally sent within a few minutes of you placing an order, however there can be a delay with some email providers.
If you have placed an order and not received your confirmation email, please first check your junk and spam folders as we do sometimes find that our emails end up in there (remember to authorise our email address if this is the case so that it doesn’t happen with any future orders).
After checking these folders with no luck, please contact us via phone or email and we will happily double check the email address on your order is correct and then resend this email for you.
