You can change or reset your password either online or by calling us.
Online (before log in)
To change your password before logging in please follow the below steps-
In the top right corner of our webpage, click on 'Log in/ Register'
Underneath the Log in email address and password boxes there is a link to 'Reset My Password'
Click this link
Enter your email address into the email address box
Click on the 'Reset Password' box
An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password
On the email is a link that says 'Click Here to set a new password'
Once you have clicked this link you will be taken to our website
Enter a new password into the box provided and confirm the new password underneath
Click on 'Change Password' (be sure to follow the password requirements)
You will then be presented with a new log in screen and confirmation that your password change was successful.
Online (after log in)
If you would like to change your password after whilst you are logged in please follow the below steps-
In the top right corner of our webpage, click on 'My Office Stationery'
On the left hand side there is a heading for 'Account Details' with a link to 'Edit'
Once you have clicked on this 'Edit' link you will be taken to a page where you can change your name and contact details
Lower down on this page there is a green box to 'Change Password'
You will be taken to a page where you can enter your old password and your new password
Click on 'Update'
Over the phone
After providing us with details to locate your account we can manually change your password for you.
