To arrange a return of an unwanted item you will need to contact us within 14 days of the delivery arriving.

Once you have notified us of your intention to return the unwanted item, please return the item(s) to us at:

(Please include in the parcel a copy of either the delivery note or invoice.)
Please note that all returns must be in the manufacturers original packaging and in an unused and unopened re-saleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for food and drink items, or for bespoke or special order goods.
The cost of the return postage would need to be covered by yourself. We always recommend using a tracked service to avoid parcels going missing whilst in transit.
Once your return has been safely received back at our warehouse a refund will be made back to the card or credit account originally used. Any delivery charges originally paid are excluded from the amount refunded.
