Standard returns – Please advise us within 14 days if you wish to return any products that you have ordered and no longer require. These would need to be returned to us at your own cost. Any refund shall be for the purchased goods only, any delivery charges originally paid are excluded from the amount refunded.
All food, beverage, bespoke or “special” order items are strictly non returnable. Furniture items returned are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns must be in the manufacturers original packaging and in an unused and unopened re-saleable condition.
If you wish to return a product because it is damaged on arrival or faulty please notify us by email or phone within 3 working days of delivery. Please ensure that you know your order reference and the product code and to enable us to process the return.
